Taking a spot in the Power 100 list under the sub-contractors’ category, Bahaa H. Badawiyeh, the CEO of Menasco Mechanical Contracting (MMC), is driving growth at the organisation to chart new milestones.
Badawiyeh’s experience in the building services industry as both design and contracting in the UAE, London, and Egypt has played a vital role in establishing many core strategic competencies to MMC.
Established in 1994, Menasco is a leading MEP company with a broad portfolio of completed projects across a range of sectors including residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data centres.
Headed by Badawiyeh as the CEO, Menasco is maintaining its current market position in the UAE and focusing on extending its presence in the Middle East. Menasco documented an annual revenue of $126mn in 2021.
Over the past 12 months, Menasco has successfully completed the works on a 24MW data centre in Abu Dhabi as the main contractor and industrial project in Jebel Ali Freezone as the MEP subcontractor.
Menasco’s main projects also include Seven Hotel in Palm Jumeirah and the high-rise Burj Royale Tower in Burj Khalifa District in Dubai.
